In response to the transportation challenges posed by out-of-gauge bulk cargoes (such as oil rigs, chemical modules, large equipment, etc.), Qingdao Tairui'er has launched a 'one-on-one' customized solution. The company has assembled a dedicated team consisting of navigation engineers, structural engineers, and logistics experts. They utilize BIM modeling technology to simulate cargo loading schemes and precisely calculate the stability and strength of ships, ensuring transportation safety. For instance, during the transportation of a petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia, the team successfully dismantled and loaded modular devices weighing over 2,000 tons onto two heavy-lift vessels. Through multi-port collaborative operations and meteorological window analysis, they achieved 'zero accidents' during the transoceanic transportation.
In terms of transportation capacity assurance, the company has innovatively adopted a dual model of 'charter + time charter', signing long-term cooperation agreements with shipowners to ensure the rapid deployment of suitable vessels in response to urgent project needs. Simultaneously, the company has collaborated with insurance companies to develop specialized insurance products for bulk cargo, covering risks throughout the entire process of loading, unloading, sea transportation, and land transportation. Leveraging its professional services, the company has provided out-of-gauge cargo transportation services to large enterprises such as CNOOC, Sinopec, and Sinoma International, handling over a hundred projects in total and establishing a solid reputation in the industry. Looking ahead, the company plans to further expand its semi-submersible vessel transportation business to meet the transportation needs of even larger cargo sizes.
