The company has recently made significant breakthroughs on the Red Sea and African routes, with its bulk cargo and steel goods shipping business reaching a new monthly record high. Relying on strategic cooperation networks with multiple internationally renowned bulk carriers, we have successfully transported over 10000 tons of steel structure modules for a large petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia, breaking the record for single batch heavy cargo shipping in the Red Sea region. In response to the challenges posed by the significant differences in infrastructure between Red Sea and African ports, a professional engineering team has been formed to tailor an integrated 'loading and unloading+transportation' solution for each shipment. In the operation at Jeddah Port, the team used a floating crane combined with roll on/roll off technology to safely load the 320 ton refining reactor onto the ship, which increased the efficiency by 40% compared to traditional lifting methods. At the same time, by leasing super Panamax bulk carriers and optimizing loading, the utilization rate of steel cargo space has exceeded 95%, and transportation costs have been reduced by 18%. We have jointly leased multiple types of ships, including 65000 ton heavy lift vessels, with partners such as Sinotrans Shipping and China Merchants Shipping, to ensure full cabin guarantee from Qingdao to Mombasa, 'said the Operations Director. Data shows that in the second quarter alone, the steel transportation volume on African routes increased by 50% month on month, and the customer renewal rate reached 92%. At present, a 'door-to-door' service system covering countries such as Tanzania and Nigeria has been established, becoming the preferred logistics supplier for Chinese enterprises in infrastructure projects in Africa. According to the analysis of industry experts, with the deepening of the 'the Belt and Road' initiative, the demand of the Red Sea and African markets for transportation of major items will continue to explode. The competitive advantage built through specialized and customized services is expected to reshape the regional pattern of general cargo shipping and promote the industry's transformation towards a 'technology+service' dual drive model.
